In this role you will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of supplier order management, schedule and forecast planning, and inventory oversight. You will ensure timely, accurate, and efficient alignment between suppliers, internal operations, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize supplier order plans, schedules, and purchase orders to meet production and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely receipts and adjust orders in response to changes or urgent needs.
• Support production by communicating material status, customer order changes, and capacity constraints while driving timely problem resolution.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and oversee procurement operations of direct reportees to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of experience in supplier order management, procurement, and manufacturing-related operations.
• Strong technical and manufacturing knowledge, with proven expertise in supplier order and procurement processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage supplier performance, lead times, delivery reliability, and stock turn.
• Fluency in English, proficiency in MS Office and mandatory exposure to SAP or any ERP system.
