Job summary

AMS Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru recruits an experienced EHS professional to drive environment, health and safety initiatives on the shop floor.

You will lead hazard identifications, risk assessments, audits and inspections, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain EHS documentation to support safe manufacturing operations.

The role requires strong communication and coordination skills to train staff and implement corrective actions across the plant.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Industrial Safety from a government-recognised institute.
• Hands-on experience with factory safety, risk assessment, audits and compliance.
• Familiarity with the Factories Act and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.

Responsibilities
