Job summary

Career Tree Hr Solutions is seeking an HSE professional to support workplace safety, environmental compliance, risk prevention, and implementation of Health, Safety & Environment management systems at an industrial manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, monitoring risk-control measures, analyzing HSE data, and coordinating with multiple departments to close safety actions. Fluency in Telugu/Hindi/English preferred; industrial experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
• PGP in HSE Management System from a recognized institute.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Monitor HSE risk-control measures and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze HSE data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and track HSE action plans in coordination with internal departments.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, operations, facilities, HR, and external contractors on safety-related matters.
• Monitor compliance with the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and contractor safety requirements.
• Conduct HSE awareness sessions and safety training for employees and service providers.
• Maintain HSE documentation, compliance records, and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor applicable regulatory requirements and support implementation of HSE management standards.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across the workplace.

• Good communication, analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and ensure timely closure of safety actions.
• Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.
