Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Engineer Development Die Attach to advance process development in our semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will drive parameter scouting, optimization, and verification while supporting prototype builds and technical handovers to Operations.

You will document processes, participate in continuous improvement, and mentor team members. A strong background in assembly processes and DOE/STAT tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Hands-on in assembly processes and process development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good collaboration, negotiation, and solution-finding skills.
• Knowledge of DOE, SPC, DFMEA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform process development activities, including parameter scouting and optimization.
• Lead technical handover to Operations and support prototype builds.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure accuracy of records.
• Liaise with suppliers and support tooling qualification.
