Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in India is seeking an Engineer Unit Process Engineering to provide daily process and quality engineering support to production, drive yield and quality improvements, lead investigations, and resolve manufacturing issues in the wire bond area.

You will participate in improvement projects, communicate with teams, and contribute to sustainable manufacturing; a Bachelor's in engineering and hands-on Au wire experience are required.
