JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. in Rajasthan, India seeks a seasoned Electrical Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance of plant equipment, handle breakdowns, and drive energy efficiency initiatives across shift operations. SAP-based maintenance planning and PLC/ drive programming experience are preferred.

The role demands hands-on experience in tyre manufacturing environments and coordination with Production and Engineering shifts to ensure reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in tyre manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and energy management.
• Proficiency with SAP for maintenance planning and control.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate maintenance activities of all plant equipment.
• Handle electrical breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Document maintenance actions and records.
• Monitor energy efficiency of equipment and take corrective actions.
• Plan and manage spare parts inventory.
• Capable of EE&I maintenance in shift.
• Experience with 132 KV to 6.6 KV distribution systems.
• Energy management and coordination with production/engineering shifts.
• Operate and program PLCs & drives.

Key Responsibilities-

• Coordinating Maintenance Activities of all Plant Equipment’s(Div A., Boilers, 132 KV Power & LT Distribution panels, Colony, Air Handling Units)
• Handling Electrical Break Down and Preventive Maintenance activities
• Documentation
• Monitoring Electrical Energy Efficiency Parameter of Equipment and take corrective, preventive actions
• Spare parts Planning and Management
• Capable to handle EE&I maintenance activities in shift
• Experience in operations, breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance of Electrical Equipment’s' including transmission and distribution of 132 KV GSS to 6.6 KV GSS
• Energy Management
• Co-ordination and team building with Production/Engineering Shifts In charge
• SAP
• PLC & Drives- Programming
