Job summary

Luminous Power Technologies in Angul, Odisha is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Lead to oversee plant electrical systems and CAPEX projects. You will manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, ensuring uninterrupted power and compliance with safety and ISO standards.

Lead a team to optimize energy use, drive reliability improvements, and coordinate with production for timely issue resolution. SAP PM/MM experience is preferred for project execution and maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in electrical maintenance and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HT/LT panels, PLCs, drives, and energy management.
• Experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance, safety norms, and ISO standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical maintenance and project activities across the plant, CAPEX budget planning.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and optimal functioning of electrical systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, maximising plant reliabilities.
• Coordinate with production and utility teams for timely resolution of electrical issues.
• Manage electrical projects including installation, commissioning, and upgrades, indigenization of spares.
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms (CEA, Electrical Inspectorate, etc.).
• Monitor energy consumption and drive energy-saving initiatives.
• Maintain documentation for audits, ISO, and safety compliance.
• Train and mentor electrical maintenance team for skill development, RCA and safety awareness.
• Experience in SAP system with PM/MM module.
