Job summary

Kandiga Consultancy Services in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a maintenance lead to oversee unloading, erection, installation and commissioning of plant machinery, and to supervise shift activities across plant utilities.

You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, manage spares and store, contribute to Kaizen/TPM, and participate in EHS committees, while ensuring proper documentation and team leadership.

Experience in heavy process industries and a valid C license are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid C license holder.
• Experience in a high production environment, primarily in a process oriented or heavy plant industries.
• Experience in erection and commissioning of equipment.
• Experience in reconditioning / retrofitment of machines.
• Have experience of leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in maintenance process and documentation.
