Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. seeks an energetic mechanical engineering professional to execute assigned activities, own deliverables, and communicate findings with stakeholders in a fast-paced HVAC environment.

You will independently manage tasks, identify risks, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and program management to ensure on‑time, compliant product development and sustaining work.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned engineering activities under established processes, standards, and technical guidance, owning deliverables.
• Communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations clearly with stakeholders.
• Independently manage tasks and priorities while seeking guidance on complex technical challenges.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate technical issues, risks, and improvement opportunities promptly.
• Facilitate execution of product development and sustaining engineering projects aligned with plans and quality objectives.
• Interpret and apply design specifications, engineering standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with project teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and program management.
• Take ownership of commitments by delivering quality work on schedule and escalating risks when necessary.
• Support prototype development, testing, validation, and engineering change activities as required.
• Drive continuous learning in Mechanical/HVAC domain and share engineering best practices.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement aligning with team goals.
