Job summary

Aasnaa Engineers is seeking a senior HVAC Project Manager to lead engineering oversight and global project coordination from our Hyderabad office. You will bridge the US-based PM team with on-site execution, ensuring technical rigor and timely delivery across multiple large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC design, engineering and project execution.
• Proven project management and leadership experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong exposure to international projects, preferably US-based.

Responsibilities

• Review contract drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Oversee preparation and review of BOQs / Bill of Materials.
• Lead review and submission of shop drawings and engineering submittals.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries and engineering issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and project specifications.
• Act as go-to person for project coordination with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.
• Track project progress, priorities and deliverables.
• Assist in decision-making and problem-solving at project level.
• Support project coordination and close-out documentation.

What Youll Do

Act as a key support to the US-based Project Management team, handling both engineering and project coordination responsibilities:

Engineering & Technical Oversight

• Review contract drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Oversee preparation & review of BOQs / Bill of Materials
• Lead review and submission of shop drawings and engineering submittals
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, and engineering issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with international standards and project specifications

Project Management & Coordination

• Act as a go-to person for project-related queries and coordination
• Draft and respond to project emails confidently and professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Track project progress, priorities, and deliverables
• Assist in decision-making and problem-solving at project level

Leadership & Support

• Ensure quality, timelines, and accountability across deliverables
• Support project coordination and project close-out documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical Engineering degree
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC design, engineering, and project execution
• Proven project management / leadership experience on large-scale projects
• Strong exposure to international (preferably US-based) projects
• Ability to independently manage tasks, communication, and coordination
