Job summary

Air Distribution Limited in Pune is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to execute assigned engineering activities under established processes, standards, and guidance, taking ownership of deliverables and aligning with project plans.

You will communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, manage tasks independently, support prototype development and testing, and foster continuous improvement within the Mechanical/HVAC domain.

• Execute assigned engineering activities under established processes, standards, and technical guidance whiledemonstratingownership of deliverables
• Communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations clearly and proactively with stakeholders
• Independently manage assigned tasks and priorities while seeking guidance on complex technical challenges and critical decisions
• Identify,analyze, and communicate technical issues, risks, concerns, and improvement opportunitiesin a timely manner
• Facilitatethe execution of product development and sustaining engineering projects in alignment with defined project plans, schedules, and quality objectives
• Interpret and apply design specifications, engineering standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines during product development activities
• Collaborate effectively with project team members across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and program management functions
• Take ownership of assigned commitments by delivering quality work on schedule and escalating risks when necessary
• Support prototype development, testing, validation, and engineering change activities asrequired
• Drive continuous learning by expanding technical knowledge, industry awareness, and engineering best practices within the Mechanical/HVAC domain
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while supporting teamobjectivesand business goals.
