Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a Team Member – MEP (Mechanical) to support execution and monitoring of mechanical MEP systems across projects. You will help ensure timely installation, quality compliance, and coordination of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and other mechanical systems in line with approved drawings and project requirements.

The role involves assisting in material/resource management, tracking usage, and reporting deviations to the Lead, while coordinating with contractors and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Support efficient utilization of materials and resources during mechanical works
• Assist in minimizing rework and wastage at site
• Support cost control by ensuring adherence to approved designs and execution plans
• Track material usage and report deviations to the Lead
• Support delivery of reliable and high-quality mechanical installations
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to meet project timelines
• Assist in resolving site execution issues to support smooth project delivery
• Contribute to defect‑free handover of mechanical services
• Assist in execution of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems at site
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Support review of shop drawings, BOQs, and method statements
• Monitor site progress and report issues to the Lead
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams during execution
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at site
• Maintain execution records, site reports, and MIS updates
• Build technical expertise in mechanical MEP systems and site execution
• Learn industry best practices in mechanical installations
• Participate in training and development programs
• Support adoption of improved technologies and execution practices

SECTION: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

The Team Member – MEP (Mechanical) supports the execution and monitoring of mechanical MEP systems across assigned projects. The role assists in ensuring timely installation, quality compliance, and coordination of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and other mechanical systems in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
