Job summary

N Human Resources & Management Systems in Maharashtra seeks an experienced Manager – Slope Protection to lead slope stabilization and ground improvement for large-scale mining and infrastructure projects. You will plan, supervise and ensure safe, compliant execution of stabilization works.

Key focus areas include coordinating with engineering, operations, geology, survey and contractor teams; ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery while optimizing resources and drainage & slope protection

Qualifications

BE/BTech in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering
M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee slope stabilization activities across mining or infrastructure projects.
Execute ground improvement and erosion control measures.
Conduct site inspections to identify slope-related risks and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, geology, survey, and contractor teams.
Monitor project quality, progress, and resource utilization.
Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and workplace safety practices.
Prepare technical documentation, inspection reports, and project progress updates.
Support implementation of effective drainage and slope protection systems.
Review contractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
