Job summary

Evergreen Enterprises seeks an experienced Site Engineer to lead field activities on project sites. You will apply hands-on grouting, cable anchoring, slope protection, and rigorous site execution, coordinating with clients and teams to maintain schedules and quality.

The candidate must hold a B.E./B.Tech with at least five years of relevant civil/geotechnical experience and be ready to work at project sites as required.

Qualifications

• B.E./ B.Tech qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infra projects.
• Hands-on experience in TAM grouting and consolidation grouting.
• Experience with cable anchor works and stressing acceptable.
• Knowledge of slope protection and stabilization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor TAM grouting and consolidation grouting works.
• Supervise cable anchor installation and stressing activities.
• Manage slope protection and stabilization works.
• Plan and coordinate day-to-day site execution activities.
• Independently handle site operations and ensure progress per project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage manpower, materials, machinery and site resources.
• Lead site teams and ensure effective workforce utilization.
• Monitor work quality, safety, productivity and progress.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Identify site-related issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.

Job Summary
