Job summary

Shavish Group, Pune, is seeking a dynamic operations lead to guide a team of fulfillment executives and collaborate with 3PL partners to meet SLAs.

You will oversee multi-warehouse inventory, optimize stock availability, and drive platform operations across major e-commerce and quick-commerce channels, aiming to reduce fulfillment times and costs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to act under pressure, and experience handling large inventories across geographic locations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce and/or quick commerce operations.
• Experience handling large, complex inventories across multiple geographic locations.
• Strong analytical mindset with bias for action and problem-solving under pressure.

Role & responsibilities

• Team Leadership:Guide a team of fulfillment executives and coordinate closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to maintain strict SLAs.
• Multi-Node Inventory Management:Oversee and optimize a large-scale inventory distributed across multiple warehouses and dark stores to ensure 100% availability without overstocking.
• Platform Operations:Manage day-to-day operations across Quick Commerce (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) and E-Commerce (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) platforms.
• Supply Chain Optimization:Design and implement robust processes for multi-location stock routing, reducing fulfillment times and minimizing logistics costs.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-7 years of proven experience managing E-commerce and/or Quick commerce operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling large, complex inventories across multiple geographic locations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a strong bias for action and problem-solving under pressure.
