Job summary

Seligo Consultants is seeking a seasoned E‑Commerce & Quick Commerce Manager to oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, listing optimizations, and promotional campaigns. You will coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, and product availability across Amazon, Flipkart, and IndiaMART.

The role focuses on driving sales, monitoring GMV and platform performance, and expanding across locations with new product launches.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; 13 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce / Marketplace Management.
• Experience in FMCG, Food, Grocery, Edible Oils, or similar categories preferred.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management

• Manage day-to-day operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other marketplaces.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and attributes. Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, ratings, reviews, and customer queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, pricing, and product availability.
• Manage offers, discounts, promotional campaigns, and marketplace activities.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market trends.

Quick Commerce Management

• Manage brand operations on platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other Quick Commerce platforms. Coordinate with platform teams for onboarding, listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Monitor stock availability and ensure products remain active and saleable.
• Track sales performance, inventory, fill rates, and platform-related issues. Support new product launches and expansion across different locations.

Sales & Performance

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track GMV, orders, conversion, returns, inventory, and product performance. Identify slow-moving products and implement suitable promotional strategies.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular MIS and performance reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms. Experience with marketplace seller panels and backend operations. Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Sponsored Ads, and Marketplace Advertising will be an advantage.
