Job summary

GoMaterial Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Head Quick Commerce to oversee day-to-day quick- commerce operations and drive performance across the network. You will manage order fulfillment, inventory, dispatch, and coordinate with dark stores, warehouses, and delivery partners.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in fast-paced environments, and the ability to analyze MIS reports to drive improvements. Local travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 47 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong experience in managing field/operations teams.
• Good understanding of inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and last-mile operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and team-management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and operational MIS.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily quick-commerce operations.
• Oversee order processing, inventory, dispatch, delivery coordination, and fulfillment.
• Manage and coordinate with dark stores, warehouses, delivery partners, vendors, and field teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment rate, delivery time, cancellations, and customer complaints.
• Identify operational gaps and implement processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage and train operations and field teams.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and customer support teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Handle operational escalations and resolve issues quickly.
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports.
• Ensure SOPs, compliance, and quality standards are followed.
• Manage operational costs and optimize manpower and resources.
