NIRVASA HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an E-Commerce Executive with 2–3 years of experience in managing online marketplaces. The role focuses on marketplace operations, cataloguing, order processing, B2B & B2C shipments, and advertising across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Nykaa.

The candidate will manage product listings, optimize content, and drive sales through campaigns and accurate reporting using MS Excel, ensuring timely shipments and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce / marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and Nykaa.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis for reporting.
• Strong knowledge of product cataloguing and listing management.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management: oversee day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and Nykaa.
• Order & Shipment Management: handle B2B and B2C orders and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Marketplace Advertising: assist in campaigns and monitor ad spends and performance.
• MIS & Reporting: prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports; track inventory and performance data using Excel.

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive with 2–3 years of experience in managing online marketplaces. The candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product cataloguing, order processing, B2B & B2C shipments, and marketplace advertising.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and familiar with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Nykaa.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management
• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Nykaa.
• Monitor product listings, inventory, pricing, and order processing.
• Ensure smooth marketplace operations and timely execution of tasks.
• Create and manage product listings across various marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and attributes.
• Manage A+ Content and enhance product detail pages.
• Order & Shipment Management
• Handle B2B and B2C order processing and shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor order status, returns, cancellations, and pending shipments.
• Marketplace Advertising
• Assist in managing marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and advertising spends.
• Work towards improving product visibility, traffic, and sales.
• MIS & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Maintain marketplace performance data and inventory reports.
• Use MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Nykaa.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, especially:
• CONCATENATE
• Strong understanding of product cataloguing and listing management.
• Experience in B2B and B2C shipment handling.
• Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising and A+ Content.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram (Insta) and social media operations will be an added advantage.
