Primary responsibilities include designing and implementing performance-driven campaigns, managing online and social media marketing strategies, optimizing e-commerce performance, and monitoring key metrics to enhance results. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Performance Marketing and Online Marketing, with the ability to create and analyze data-driven strategies.
• Strong expertise in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to promote brand presence and engagement.
• Experience in E-Commerce operations and driving online sales.
• Exceptional analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
