Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Proficiency in using Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Creator Tools, and Google Ads.
• Experience in the education/ed-tech industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance online brand visibility and follower engagement.
• Manage official pages on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Plan, design, and publish high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand goals.
• Create, run, and monitor paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to generate leads and conversions.
• Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights for performance tracking and reporting.
• Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and maintaining a strong community management practice.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, academic teams, and content writers to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies in the ed-tech space.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our
in-house digital marketing team at our Madurai office. The ideal candidate should be passionate
about digital branding, content creation, and social media growth. This role demands creativity,
strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with leading social media platforms and
advertising tools. Male candidate from Madurai preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
