Job summary

Advance Labs Scientific in Pune seeks a senior professional to lead back-end sales operations, ensuring accuracy in picking, deliveries, invoicing, and planning. The role includes MIS reporting and close coordination with Purchasing, Warehousing, Marketing and Finance teams.

Strong CRM/BI usage is essential for meeting target-based operations. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years in sales within a mid-size trading or manufacturing unit, with 3–4 years in a lead role and a Bachelors degree

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from a recognized University. Post graduation preferred (MBA / M.Com).
• 8–10 years of experience in Sales within a midsize trading or manufacturing unit.
• 3–4 years of independent lead-role experience.
• Good working knowledge of ERP/CRM or similar systems is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of back-end Sales operations.
• Ensure accuracy of Picking, Deliveries and Invoicing.
• Ensure accuracy of Planning (MRP and Route Planning).
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS reports for Management.
• Utilize CRM and BI applications efficiently to drive targets.
• Handle customer communications and resolve grievances promptly.

Role & responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of back-end Sales operations at ALS
• Ensuring accuracy of Picking, Deliveries and Invoicing
• Ensuring accuracy of Planning (MRP and Route Planning)
• Responsible for daily, weekly , monthly, quarterly reporting and Management Reporting (MIS)
• Efficient use of CRM and BI applications
• Target based operations
• Customer communication and grievance settlement and timely responses
• Assistance for Customer recoveries
• Maintaining Sales related records and registers
• Entering Master Data in the SAP System and assistance in System Configuration and Testing
• Co-ordination with Purchase , Warehousing , Marketing and Finance team
• Ensuring accuracy of Physical Document maintenance and Record Keeping
• Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Graduate (B.Com, B Sc., BE Etc.) from a renowned University. Post graduate (M.Com / MBA) preferred.
• At least 8-10 years experience of working in Sales Dept. of a midsize Trading or Manufacturing unit
• At least 3-4 years of experience of independent functioning in a lead role
• Good working knowledge of any renowned ERP, CRM or similar system is necessary.

Other Requirements

• Good command over written and spoken English and Marathi
• Desired age group – Between 40 and 50, relaxation in case of exceptional candidates
• Should be a resident of Pune.
