Job summary

2coms is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager AMC Sales & Service to manage after-sales service activities, customer relationships, AMC and spares sales, service coordination, and technical support.

The ideal candidate should have experience in After Sales Service, AMC Sales, Service Engineering, Technical Support, or Customer Service, with exposure to AMC/spares business and customer handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in After Sales Service/AMC Sales/Service Engineering/Technical Support or related fields.
• Strong exposure to AMC Sales, Spares Sales and Customer Handling preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM, SAP and MS Office advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution and closure of service, warranty, and non-warranty calls.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution and closure.
• Manage AMC and spares sales, including lead generation, follow-ups, conversion, and order closure.
• Support achievement of regional after-sales service and business targets.
• Coordinate with Service Partners and Authorized Installation Contractors.
• Provide support for installation, troubleshooting, and spares selection.
• Conduct product awareness and basic technical training for customers and service partners.
• Monitor service and project status and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Support customer meetings, techno-commercial discussions, and negotiations.
• Maintain service records and customer data using CRM, SAP, and MS Office.

• Understanding of RCA and basic service quality processes is preferred.
• Good techno-commercial and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, SAP, and MS Office will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
