Onnsynex Ventures is seeking a client relations professional with a focus on logistics. You will manage domestic and international client communications, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure orders are processed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing customer relationships in logistics or freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly.
• Communicate with domestic and international clients to process orders.
• Oversee accounts to ensure logistics needs are met.
• Collaborate with sales to negotiate and renew contracts.
• Engage in cross-selling and upselling of other services.
• Maintain receivables and financial health of customer accounts in a timely manner.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in customer relationships, client handling, problem solving and coordination, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in import-export documentation, and awareness of Incoterms, and international logistics procedures and industry regulations
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in cross selling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiar with Microsoft office, Google drive and Google- sheets.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong followup skills
• Self motivated, agile and proactive and results oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Virtually ensuring smooth inbounds and outbounds with coordination with internal teams
• Resolve customer complaints and grievances immediately
• Communication with domestic & international clients to receive and process orders
• Oversee the accounts of assigned clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and renew contracts with clients.
• Cross-selling and upselling of other products and services
• Maintaining financial health and receivables of customer accounts and ensuring timely payments
• Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, warehousing, customs clearance, and finance to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless service delivery to clients help with the search criteriaRole & responsibilities
