Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. is seeking a Graduate with freshers or up to 1 year in lending/financial services to support branch operations in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on cross-selling products, maintaining customer relations, and driving promotional activities to acquire clients.

You will work closely with branches to ensure process adherence, manage daily transactions, and help achieve profitability targets while communicating in local language and English.

Qualifications

• Graduate must-have for role.
• Proficiency in local language and English.
• Experience: Freshers / up to 1 year in lending/financial services is acceptable.
