JewelsHire in Mumbai invites applications for a telecalling/client coordination role at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Andheri East. The position focuses on outbound and inbound calls, lead follow-up, and building strong client relationships.

You will manage CRM records, coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, and strive to meet daily and monthly targets while maintaining professional communication.

Competenze

• 3+ years in telecalling or client coordination roles.
• Graduation completed.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, email handling).
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
