Job summary

Rbdigital Marketech is seeking a Senior Copywriter in Mumbai/Pune to turn briefs into ideas and ideas into scroll-stopping copy that delivers business results.

You’ll lead brand communication across digital platforms, mentor junior copywriters, and collaborate with creative and performance teams to craft platform-first, conversion-focused copy across social, ads, websites, and e-commerce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, preferably with D2C, FMCG or digital-first brands.
• Portfolio showing ideas, not just Instagram captions.
• Strong command of English with storytelling, headlines and wordplay.
• Good understanding of digital platforms, consumer behaviour and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Crack big ideas, campaign concepts and digital-first communication across social, ads, websites, e-commerce and more.
• Write copy that makes people stop scrolling, start thinking and sometimes start buying.
• Lead ideation for product launches, campaigns, brand moments and always-on content.
• Develop platform-first copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, Google, influencers and emerging formats.
• Write conversion-focused copy without making everything sound like a hard sell.
• Build and maintain brand voice, tone and messaging across multiple digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with designers, social media, performance marketing and strategy teams to turn briefs into work worth noticing.
• Edit, sharpen and rewrite copy until every word earns its place.
• Manage and mentor interns and junior copywriters, while raising the overall creative bar.

We re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can turn briefs into ideas, ideas into scroll-stopping copy, and copy into business results.
Someone who knows that a good headline gets attention, a great one gets clicked, shared, saved, or bought.
You’ll lead brand communication across digital platforms, work closely with creative and performance teams, and mentor the next generation of copywriters.
