The role requires 4–6 years of experience in digital or creative agency work with a strong portfolio, and a collaborative mindset to mentor writers and drive campaigns across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of copywriters to ideate and curate content across brands and platforms.
• Translate briefs into strong concepts, campaign ideas, and compelling brand narratives.
• Brainstorm and create campaigns with brand and creative teams.
• Develop content strategies with seniors to meet brand and business objectives.
• Lead pitches from a communication perspective and build strong narratives around ideas.
• Work with the performance team to interpret data and apply insights to improve content.
