Job summary

Moneyview is seeking a creative copywriter with 5–6 years of experience to craft consumer-first messaging across brand and performance campaigns. You will translate customer pain points into compelling brand stories and persuasive digital content.

You’ll write for Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, landing pages, and video scripts, collaborate with designers and performance teams, and iterate based on CTR, CVR, and CPA data.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of copywriting experience, preferably with digital-first brands or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio spanning performance campaigns, brand films, video scripts and digital content.
• Hands-on understanding of Meta, YouTube and Google advertising formats, creative testing and optimization.
• Ability to combine consumer insight, creative storytelling and performance-driven thinking.
• Strong command of English; Hindi/Hinglish copywriting is a plus.

We’re looking for a creative thinker who understands consumers, knows what makes advertising

work, and can write copy that drives both brand impact and business results.

Someone who can turn customer pain points into compelling ideas, craft powerful brand stories,

and create high-performing digital campaigns.

What You’ll Do

1. Create Consumer-First Communication

• Understand customer pain points, motivations and behaviours to develop compelling, insight led communication.
• Simplify complex financial products into clear, engaging and persuasive messaging.
• Develop strong creative hooks, campaign ideas, taglines and brand narratives.

2. Drive Performance Through Creative

• Write high-converting copy for Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, landing pages and other digital platforms.
• Create scroll-stopping hooks, ad scripts, headlines and CTAs across different funnel stages.
• Partner with performance marketing teams to experiment with messaging, formats and creative approaches.
• Use CTR, CVR, CPA and funnel metrics to optimise creatives and improve campaign performance.

3. Build Brand Campaigns & Video Content

• Conceptualize and write brand films, digital campaigns, YouTube ads, reels and short-form video scripts.
• Develop ideas that balance creativity, storytelling and business objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors and agencies to bring campaigns to life.
