Secure Minds is seeking a Senior Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting to design, build, validate and support reporting across the HCM suite for a mid-to-large transformation. You will collaborate with the reporting lead, functional and integration teams and client stakeholders to deliver Story Reports, Table and Canvas Reports, dashboards and tiles that power workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM experience.
• 5+ years hands-on SuccessFactors reporting: Report Center, Story, Table and Canvas Reports.
• Reporting requirements to report design, specifications and testable deliverables.
• SuccessFactors data structures, reporting schemas, RBP, target populations and data privacy.
• Queries, filters, calculated columns, charts, formatted pages and scheduled outputs.
• Report validation, data reconciliation and access/visibility troubleshooting.
• SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment readiness and post-go-live stabilisation.

We're looking for a Senior Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting to design, build, validate and support reporting across the SuccessFactors HCM suite for a mid-to-large transformation programme. You'll work alongside the reporting lead, functional and integration workstreams and client stakeholders to deliver Story Reports, Table and Canvas Reports, dashboards and tiles that drive workforce decisions.

The role covers requirements discovery, report specifications, Report Center build, data validation and reconciliation, RBP and target-population security alignment, SIT/UAT and regression testing, cutover and go-live support, migration from legacy reporting to Story Reports, and knowledge transfer to report consumers and administrators.
