Secure Minds is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Functional Consultant to deliver end-to-end Talent Management implementations across Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development within the Employee Life Cycle.

You will own requirements confirmation, fit-gap analysis, configuration, data conversion, testing, defect management, and post-go-live support, including integration with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Employee Centre.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ SAP SuccessFactors implementations as Talent Management lead functional consultant.
• Extensive SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Management experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Employee Centre.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end Delivery across Performance & Goals, Succession, and Learning & Development.
• Confirm requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Handle data conversion, testing, defect management, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate integrations with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Employee Centre.
