Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support engagements.
• Deliver end-to-end lifecycle projects: design, build, test, deploy.
• Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and drive configuration decisions.
• Configure foundation objects, MDF objects, business rules, workflows, and data models.
• Develop HR reports using Ad Hoc, Story, and Canvas reporting tools.
• Support data migration, validation, cutover, and post-go-live enhancements.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Reporting Lead to lead implementation and support engagements, translating HR business requirements into scalable and standardized system solutions. The role focuses on Employee Central configuration, HR reporting and analytics, business process design, and stakeholder collaboration, following SAP best practices and the Fit-to-Standard methodology.

Job Description

The candidate will lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, covering requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Responsibilities include configuring foundation objects, MDF objects, business rules, workflows, employee data models, and role-based permissions.

The role also involves developing HR reports using Ad Hoc, Story Reports, and Canvas reporting tools, analyzing HR data, and supporting strategic decision-making. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery while ensuring effective governance and solution quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support engagements as a senior consultant.
• Deliver at least two full implementation lifecycle projects, covering design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct client workshops to gather requirements, validate business processes, and finalize configuration decisions.
• Configure foundation objects, MDF objects, business rules, workflows, employee data models, and role-based permissions.
• Develop and maintain HR reports using Ad Hoc Reports, Story Reports, and Canvas Reports.
• Support data migration, validation, cutover, incident resolution, and post-go-live enhancements.
• Integrate Employee Central with other SuccessFactors modules, including Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM), Learning Management (LMS), and Compensation, as well as third-party systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage delivery across onshore/offshore engagement models.
