Job summary

GEA Systems North America is seeking an experienced HR Reporting Analyst to support the Global People Service Delivery team. You will design, maintain, and automate HR reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

You will work with Workday reporting, Power BI, and multi-source data integration (Workday, SAP, external systems) to deliver insights for HR and business stakeholders, while ensuring data quality and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, HR, IS or similar
• 3+ years Workday reporting experience
• Advanced Power BI skills for dashboards
• Experience with multi-source data integration (Workday, SAP, external systems)
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute HR reports and dashboards using Workday.
• Deliver standard, recurring, and ad hoc HR reports and analytics.
• Validate data and reconcile HR information.

Administrator People Reporting Services

Join the new and exciting chapter of our Global People Service Delivery team!

As part of the People Service Delivery Reporting function, you will play a key role in supporting People Delivery through data-driven reporting, analytics, and process automation. You will help design, implement, and maintain reporting standards, HR systems, and analytical solutions that enhance employee experience, operational excellence, and business decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with HR data, reporting technologies, process improvement, and automation in a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute HR reports and dashboards using Workday
• Create and deliver standard, recurring, and ad hoc reports, metrics, templates, and analytics for HR and business stakeholders
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure the integrity and reliability of critical HR information
• Design and develop intuitive dashboards and data visualizations that effectively communicate insights through clear data storytelling, enabling informed stakeholder decision-making
• Drive the optimization and automation of SAP HR and Payroll reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Define, implement, and maintain KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and performance metrics to support consistent and data-driven HR reporting practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support HR projects, system enhancements, and reporting requirements
• Contribute to reporting and analytics initiatives focused on process optimization and data quality
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Reporting & Analytics standards, policies, and HR systems
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, data processing, and manual workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy

Your Profile / Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or similar
• Functional expertise in Reporting & Analytics, with hands-on experience in Workday reporting min. 3 years (Workday Reporting Pro certification appreciated)
• Advanced Power BI skills for dashboard development
• Expertise in multi-source data integration (Workday, SAP, external systems)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/visualization tools
• Experience with process automation and data management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commitment to quality management with a strong focus on client and user needs
• Strong communication skills, able to transfer complex data structures into easy communication for stakeholders
• Experience working in an international environment
