Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant for remote engagement based in India, serving international clients. You will design, configure, and support SAP HCM solutions, handling P/A, OM, TM, and payroll modules, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

You will lead client engagements, mentor junior consultants, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant HR solutions and transformations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, HR process workshops, solution design activities, and SAP HCM configuration based on client needs.
• Translate HR requirements into functional specifications, system designs, and practical recommendations.
• Configure and support core SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll) depending on project scope.
• Plan and execute functional testing, support UAT, investigate defects, and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training resources.
• Collaborate with finance and technical teams to support integrations between SAP HCM, SAP FI/CO, and third-party apps.
• Support employee and organizational data flows across SAP systems and external HR/payroll platforms.
• Work with development teams on reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows.
• Contribute to SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and transformation programs.
• Support data migration, validation, cutover planning, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Consultant SAP HCM based in India.

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional to design, implement, and support human capital management solutions for clients in a global IT services environment. In this role, you will translate HR business requirements into effective SAP configurations, helping organizations optimize HR operations and improve business processes. You will lead solution design, implementation activities, system enhancements, and ongoing application support across core SAP HCM modules. Working closely with clients, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure reliable integrations, high-quality delivery, and secure handling of employee data. You will also take ownership of assigned project workstreams, resolve complex functional issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Accountabilities
