Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking a Technical Consultant with a strong ABAP background to support HR‑related SAP solutions. You will develop, enhance, and support SAP HR/HCM, translating business requirements into technical specs and code.

You will work closely with HR stakeholders, design reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows, and provide debugging and production support across PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll modules.

Qualifications

• Experience as SAP Technical Consultant with ABAP development in HR/HCM.
• Hands-on SAP HR/HCM modules and HR processes.
• Experience developing HR reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs related to HR/HCM modules.
• Work with HR teams to translate HR requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows in SAP HR.
• Support SAP HR modules such as PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of ABAP programs.
• Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and HR integrations.
• Prepare technical documentation and functional specifications.
• Provide production support and resolve HR process issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, stakeholders, and project teams.

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Consultant with an HR background and strong ABAP development experience to support HR‑related SAP solutions within a digital transformation environment. The role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR/HCM solutions, working closely with HR stakeholders, and translating business requirements into technical specifications and developments.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs related to HR/HCM modules.
• Work closely with HR business teams to understand and translate HR process requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows in SAP HR environment.
• Support SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of existing ABAP programs.
• Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and HR system integrations.
• Prepare technical documentation and functional specifications.
• Provide technical support and resolve production issues related to HR processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP Technical Consultant with strong ABAP development skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HR / HCM modules and HR business processes.
• Experience developing HR reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Knowledge of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, payroll, time management, and organizational management.
• Experience with SAP debugging, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and data migration tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
