Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in configuration, data migration, validation, testing and production deployment. The role focuses on global rollouts, acquisitions and enhancement projects, collaborating with HR, business and technical teams.

The candidate will configure Employee Central, data mappings, workflows and data transfers while ensuring data integrity and smooth go-live processes.

• Configure Foundation Objects, Legal Entity, Business Unit, Division and Department.
• Set up Job Classification, Job Structure and Employee Central data.
• Handle data transfer/migration, mapping and transformation.
• Validate migrated data and reconcile source vs target systems.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect resolution.
• Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and assist cutover/go-live.

• Configure and troubleshoot Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Support cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Analyze and resolve configuration and data issues.
• Prepare configuration documents, test scripts and deployment documentation.
• Coordinate with integration teams for downstream/upstream data validation

Skill Requirements

• 4–5 years of SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong hands-on Employee Central configuration.
• Experience with Business Rules, Workflows and RBP.
• Experience in data migration/imports and validation.
• Experience in at least one rollout, implementation or acquisition project.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Good Excel/data analysis skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
