SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Tester and Configurator

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
• Develop and maintain configuration documentation, including system design specifications and user guides.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure configurations meet business needs and function as intended.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central system.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into configuration changes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proven experience in configuring and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they are supported by SAP SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with data migration and integration tools.
