Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of the HCM suite. You will translate business needs into system configurations and deliver end-user training.

The role requires 6+ years of expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, with deep knowledge of Recruiting Management, Onboarding and RBP security, and the ability to work in a global production support model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expertise in Recruiting Management, Onboarding & RBP security setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/IT/Business or related field.
• Experience implementing and configuring SuccessFactors modules.
• Knowledge of HR and talent management processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prototype new solutions.
• Experience in a Global Production support model.

Job Summary: Responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite. This role involves understanding business requirements, configuring the software to meet those needs, and providing training and ongoing support to ensure the successful utilization of the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with business team to understand HR and talent management needs and translate them into system requirements.
• System Configuration: Design & Develop new Functionalities as part of Projects and Enhancements. Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules - Recruiting Management & Onboarding to align with the business processes and requirements.
• Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of SuccessFactors solutions, including data migration, system testing, and integration with other HR systems or modules.
• Training: Provide training and knowledge transfer to team, ensuring they can effectively use and manage the SuccessFactors system.
• Data Management: Manage and maintain HR data within SuccessFactors, including data integrity, data loads, and data governance.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical and functional issues related to SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth system operation.
• Best Practices: Stay current with SuccessFactors best practices and industry trends to make recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including system configuration documents, user guides, and change management plans.
• System Support:Production support for Performance & Goal Management, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, RBP along with other HRIS Eco-system. Extend ongoing support to end users by addressing their questions, concerns, and enhancement requests related to SuccessFactors. Provide L3-Expertise to Production support team.

Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration).
• 6+ Years of SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expertise in Recruiting Management, Onboarding & RBP security set up.
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors modules.
• Knowledge of HR and talent management processes and best practices.
• Good experience on prototyping new solutions for business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of working in Global Production support model
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
