Job summary

Alignity Solutions in Hyderabad invites an experienced SAP Core HR Functional Specialist to join on a Contract to Hire basis. The role requires 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors/HCM experience, including Employee Central implementation, remediation, and production support.

You will translate approved designs into detailed functional configuration with EC architect, and demonstrate hands‑on configuration across Employee Central, RBP, workflows, and data models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors/HCM experience including Employee Central implementation
• Translate approved solution designs into detailed functional configuration and execution plans with EC architect
• Hands-on configuration across Employee Central, RBP, workflows, business rules, event reasons, data models
• Analyze EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll replication, concurrent employment, position management, job synchronization, and personnel/infotype mapping

Responsibilities

• Translate designs into functional configurations and configurations execution plans
• Provide hands-on configuration in EC, RBP, workflows and data models
• Support validation, unit testing, UAT, defect resolution and release-impact assessments
• Maintain configuration documentation and knowledge-transfer materials

• 5+years of SAP SuccessFactors/HCM experience, including Employee Centralimplementation, remediation, enhancement, and production support.
  
• Translateapproved solution designs into detailed functional configuration andexecution plans in collaboration with the EC architect.
  
• Demonstrateexpert hands-on configuration experience across Employee Central, RBP,workflows, business rules, event reasons, data models, foundation objects,and employee/job data.
  
• Analyzeand resolve functional issues involving EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll replication,concurrent employment, position management, job synchronization, andpersonnel/infotype mapping.
  
• Supportrequirements validation, configuration, unit testing, UAT, defectresolution, production validation, and release-impact assessment forprioritized enhancements.
  
• Maintainconfiguration documentation, issue/root-cause analysis, test evidence, andknowledge-transfer materials; escalatedesign decisions, risks, anddependencies to the architect.
  
• Possessan active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification, with theability to apply certified knowledge to hands-on configuration, issueremediation, enhancement support, and EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll integrationactivities.
