Responsibilities

• Lead multiple turnkey interior fit-out projects from concept/tender stage to final handover.
• Establish project plans, schedules, manpower requirements and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines and overall delivery.
• Ensure coordination between design, MEP, procurement, site execution and consultants.
• Oversee project budgets, BOQs, costing, and billing.
• Ensure timely submission and certification of RA bills.
• Review change orders, variations and additional works.
• Develop and manage the contractor and vendor network.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiations, appointment and performance.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants and specialist consultants.
• Resolve design and execution-related issues to avoid project delays.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, architects and PMC teams.
• Lead project review meetings and drive closure of critical issues.
