Job summary

Kaushal Interiors is seeking a Project Head to lead end-to-end commercial interior fit-out projects, including offices, retail, and hospitality spaces. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop schedules and budgets, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Primary responsibilities include client liaison, BOQ preparation, and coordination across Civil, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, and Interiors disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Eng., Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
• Proven experience in commercial interior fit-out execution.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete project lifecycle from kick-off to handover.
• Develop project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within approved cost and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare project budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Lead project managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate seamless execution of Civil, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Interiors.
• Maintain project documentation including DPRs, WPRs, MIS reports, drawings, approvals, and handover documents.
