Position: Project Manager

The ideal candidate should have strong site execution experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise interior fit-out and civil finishing projects.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from start to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and project timelines.
• Prepare project schedules, daily/weekly progress reports, and work plans.
• Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ability to execute work as per approved drawings and coordinate with designers, architects, and site teams.
• Proficiency in reviewing AutoCAD drawings is preferred.
