Job summary

Coalesce Eventz India in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and coordinate delivery of event commitments. The role requires confident client communication, handling multiple requirements, and close collaboration with internal teams.

An events background is preferred. You will act as primary contact for clients through the event cycle, coordinate with design, marketing, production and operations, manage approvals and post-event follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing client accounts and project coordination.
