Senior Client Relationship Manager (Sr. CRM)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Conduct client meetings independently and represent the company professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare customer reports, maintain CRM records, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support the sales team in building long-term customer relationships.
• Travel within Raipur and other locations as required for client meetings.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience as a CRM, preferably in the automobile industry (car dealership/manufacturer preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Confident, smart, and capable of managing client meetings independently.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings.
• Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for official travel.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM documentation.
