Job summary

Discovery Motors is seeking a CRM Head - Sales to lead the CRM function across our automobile dealership network. You will drive lead management, track inquiries, optimize conversion, and ensure alignment with OEM CRM standards.

You will mentor sales teams, generate CRM MIS reports, monitor customer satisfaction, and push retention initiatives. Strong analytical and leadership skills, plus ERP/CRM proficiency, are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in CRM, Sales Operations, or Customer Relationship Management within the automobile industry.
• Experience in automobile dealership CRM processes is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) function for the sales department.
• Monitor and ensure timely follow-up of all inquiries, leads, and customer interactions.
• Manage lead allocation, tracking, and conversion processes across dealerships/showrooms.
• Analyze sales funnel performance and improve lead conversion ratios.
• Ensure adherence to OEM CRM standards and dealership processes.
• Conduct CRM audits and maintain data accuracy within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers and Team Leaders to improve customer engagement.
• Generate and analyze CRM MIS reports, inquiry status reports, and customer feedback reports.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business initiatives.
• Train and guide sales teams on CRM best practices and customer handling.
