Job summary

Aditya Narayan Construction seeks a Senior Planning Engineer Civil to manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting for large-scale building projects. Requires experience in at least 34 large building projects and strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.

You will coordinate with project teams, prepare baselines, resource plans and progress reports, and help drive on-time completion with proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in 3-4 large-scale building projects.
• Experience with projects valued approximately 100-150 Crores preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Good understanding of construction sequences, resource planning and project scheduling.
• Strong analytical, reporting and coordination skills.
• Experience in Healthcare, Residential, Commercial or Industrial projects will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules, work plans and construction programmes.
• Develop and monitor project timelines using planning tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Prepare project baselines, resource plans and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly project progress against approved schedules.
• Identify delays, critical activities and potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules whenever required.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement and other project teams.
• Track manpower, materials and equipment requirements against the project plan.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Conduct project progress review meetings and maintain planning documentation.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Support management with MIS reports, progress analysis and project forecasting.
