Job summary

Tuv in Pune seeks an experienced Planning Engineer for immediate joining. The role requires 8–10 years of planning exposure on high-rise residential/commercial construction, with strong skills in MSP and Primavera P6 for scheduling, monitoring and reporting.

You will develop and manage master schedules, baselines, look-ahead and recovery plans, tracking progress and coordinating with site teams and clients to ensure on-time milestones.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 8–10 years of experience in project planning.
• Strong experience in high-rise residential / commercial building projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project (MSP) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Master Construction Schedules using MSP / Primavera P6.
• Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, micro schedules, catch-up and recovery schedules.
• Monitor actual progress against planned schedules and identify delays / critical activities.
• Perform critical path analysis and support delay mitigation planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, MIS reports and dashboards.
• Track manpower, material, machinery and other project resources.
• Prepare and monitor S-curves, progress curves and planned vs. actual reports.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants and clients for timely project execution.
• Participate in weekly / monthly progress review meetings.
• Monitor engineering, procurement and construction activities as per project schedule.
• Highlight project risks, bottlenecks and potential delays to project management.
• Support preparation and implementation of recovery plans to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain project documentation and planning records.
