Job summary

Kedar Ventures in Pune seeks experienced Civil Engineers for a high-rise residential project. The role emphasizes execution, supervision, coordination, and quality control of multi-storey buildings with hands-on site involvement.

You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, review drawings and BOQ, monitor progress and safety, and support handover activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site for high-rise residential buildings
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedule
• Monitor structural, finishing, and allied civil works to maintain quality and progress
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Check and verify bar bending schedules, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works
• Ensure proper planning and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at site
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays, risks, and site issues to management
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and construction norms
• Review measurements, billing quantities, and work completion status at site
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid execution conflicts
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material reconciliation statements
• Support project handover activities and closure of pending works within timelines
