Job summary

Konbil Baner Project Llp is seeking an experienced construction/project manager to oversee highrise residential and commercial developments in Pune. The role requires leading contractors, consultants, architects and internal teams from planning through handover, while maintaining safety, budget and schedule integrity.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in PM for large-scale building projects, strong RCC/structural/MEP knowledge, and a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in construction/project management.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, MEP coordination, faade and finishing works.
• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Pune-based projects will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall planning, execution and delivery of Highrise residential and commercial projects.
• Manage project timelines, quality, safety and construction costs.
• Lead and coordinate contractors, consultants, architects, PMC and internal teams.
• Monitor civil, structural and finishing works from commencement to handover.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Review project schedules, progress and resource requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and project requirements.
• Drive timely completion and successful handover of projects.

• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, MEP coordination, faade and finishing works.
• Excellent contractor and consultant management skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Pune-based projects will be preferred.
