Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, construction quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
• Review, analyze, and resolve technical, design, and execution-related issues arising at the site.
• Verify quantities, monitor material consumption, inspect workmanship, and evaluate contractor performance.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, measurements, progress reports, and quality records.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions wherever required.
