Studio For Habitat Futures is seeking an experienced Civil Execution Engineer to oversee site construction, supervise daily operations, and drive project execution from start to finish, with a focus on finishing works for high-end residential spaces.

The candidate will ensure all civil works conform to approved drawings, quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and schedules, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to deliver premium results.

Qualifications

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Execution Engineer to oversee site construction, supervise daily operations, and drive project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in finishing works and a proven track record of delivering high-end residential spaces while ensuring all civil works strictly adhere to approved drawings, quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute daily civil construction activities on site.
• Oversee and manage luxury finishing works to achieve high-quality architectural standards.
• Perform bill checking, material reconciliation, BOQ preparation, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
• Attention to detail , Maintain high standards of quality control and safety compliance throughout the project execution cycle & Ability to work under project deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Strong background in luxury residential finishing works, with 3-4 completed luxury residential projects.
• Core Skills: In-depth knowledge of finishing works, site management, billing verification, material reconciliation, and the full project execution cycle.
• Logistics: Must own a two-wheeler for commuting.
• Preference: Local candidates with relevant hands‑on site experience.

Additional Responsibilities

• Execute civil construction works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor day‑to‑day site activities and ensure timely completion of works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality.
• Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and resources efficiently.
• Verify quantities executed and assist in billing processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Planning, MEP, and Billing teams.
• Maintain site records, work permits, and documentation.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide project updates.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech/ diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects (Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Infrastructure, or EPC projects).
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD, project planning, MSP or P6
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of project execution and construction practices.
• Understanding of safety and quality procedures.
• Quantity estimation and Bill checking & measurement skills.
